Digital Marketing Agency in Malaysia for B2B Companies
Turn scattered marketing into one plan, one team and one monthly report.
One senior team plans and runs every channel in scope for B2B companies in Malaysia, on one monthly retainer that closes with one report.
Overview
DWP Digital is a digital marketing agency in Malaysia for B2B companies. We run website, search, content, LinkedIn, social and paid media for B2B, technology and industrial companies in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and across the country, delivered by one senior team on one monthly retainer that closes with one report. Scope goes in writing before work starts and is reviewed every quarter.
73% of B2B purchases pull in three or more departments, with an average of 13 people inside the buying company and nine outside it.
83% of B2B technology buyers shortlist three products or fewer, so the whole contest is decided on a very short list.
74.4% of Malaysian establishments had a web presence in 2024, against 95.3% with internet access.

Three agencies, three reports, one plan nobody owns.
Split your digital marketing across three agencies and someone still has to hold the plan together. Usually that is you. DWP Digital is a digital marketing agency in Malaysia that takes the job back: one senior team running every channel in scope for B2B companies in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and across the country.
One contract. One monthly report rather than three. We agree the scope in writing and review it with you every quarter, so the plan changes as your pipeline does.
Four answers a digital marketing agency in Malaysia owes you before you sign.
Most buyers get these four after they sign: who actually does the work, how it is billed, which companies we take on, and who owns the accounts at the end. You get them here. All four go into the retainer in writing, and they do not change once it starts.
- 01
One senior team
Three roles on every account: a strategy lead who owns the plan, specialists who run the channels, an analyst who owns the numbers. Those same people stay.
- 02
One retainer, one report
One fee covers every channel we run for you. One report covers all of them together, so nothing arrives channel by channel and nothing falls between two agencies.
- 03
B2B only
We work only with companies that sell to other businesses, where several people weigh up a purchase over months. If your company is not that, we say so on the first call.
- 04
Your accounts, your data
We open ad accounts, analytics properties and social profiles in your company’s name, and they stay yours. You pay media straight to the platforms, never through our fee.
Built for purchases several people have to agree on.
Nothing here works for an impulse buy. Our clients sell into procurement processes, technical evaluations and long approval chains, where several people weigh up the decision over weeks or months. That is what shapes the marketing, far more than the sector does.
- B2B technology and SaaS
- Manufacturing and industrial
- Corporate B2B companies
- Companies entering the Malaysian market
- Businesses selling to a named account list
Start from the goal, not the channel.
Three commercial goals cover most of what B2B companies ask us for: run the whole programme, win a named list of accounts, or launch into a new market. Each scopes and reports differently, so we quote against the goal rather than a channel list. Compare all three on our B2B marketing solutions page.
- 01
Marketing as a Service
Your whole digital programme on one retainer: strategy, the channels in scope and the creative production behind them, run by one senior pod.
- 02
Account-based marketing
Marketing aimed at a named list of target accounts. We agree the list with your sales lead before anyone writes a word or buys any media.
- 03
Go-to-market
Positioning, launch planning, sales content and campaigns for a product launch or an entry into Malaysia. Most programmes run across about two quarters.
Eight services, in two families you can budget separately.
Owned and organic work compounds into assets you keep: your site, your pages, the references search engines and AI assistants read. Paid and social is reach you have to keep buying or keep publishing for. Knowing which is which is how a budget conversation stays honest. Our B2B marketing services page sets out all eight.
Owned and organic
Work that builds assets you keep: your site, your pages and the references search engines and AI assistants read.
- 01 Website design B2B websites planned, built and maintained as one marketing asset.
- 02 SEO Technical, content and authority SEO run as one monthly retainer.
- 03 Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) Pages and references prepared so AI assistants describe you accurately.
- 04 Content marketing Strategy, writing and design for material your buyers will read.
Paid and social
Reach you have to keep buying or keep publishing for: ads, company pages and the people who post under their own names.
- 01 Google Ads management B2B search accounts built around a short list of commercial terms.
- 02 Performance marketing Paid media planned, bought and measured on qualified enquiries.
- 03 LinkedIn marketing Company page, executives, advocacy and LinkedIn Ads as one programme.
- 04 Social media marketing Corporate channels planned, written, published and reported every month.
Every month ends with one report you can check.
Whatever mix of services is in scope, the retainer runs on the same four stages every month, so you always know which part of the work you are looking at and what comes next. We set the scope each quarter. Everything else repeats monthly.
- 01
Scope
What we are solving this quarter, which channels carry it, and how you will know at the end whether it worked.
- 02
Plan
This month’s work across every channel in scope, sequenced and priced against that quarter’s plan before anyone starts producing anything.
- 03
Build
Production: pages, campaigns, posts and fixes, with the tracking in place first. You approve each piece before it goes live.
- 04
Report
What moved, what we learned and what changes next month, including the months where a channel sits behind plan and why.
Frequently asked questions.
These four come up on almost every first call. Scope, fee and review points all go in writing before work starts, and the monthly report records the months where a channel falls behind as plainly as the months where it does not.
What does a B2B digital marketing retainer include?
A monthly plan, the work across an agreed mix of channels, and one written report at the end of the month.
We size the scope against your goals and the length of your sales cycle, then review it every quarter so budget can move between channels. Terms go in writing before work starts.
How long does digital marketing take to produce results?
Paid media produces data the day campaigns go live. Organic search and content take months, because they depend on what you publish, what competitors publish and how fast search engines recrawl.
We agree review points per channel at the start, then report against them every month, including the months where progress is slower than planned.
Who pays the media budget on paid channels?
You do, directly to Google, LinkedIn or Meta, from ad accounts in your own name. Our fee covers strategy and management only.
It never includes, holds or finances ad spend, so the cost of media and the cost of the agency stay on two separate invoices.
Can we start with one channel and add more later?
Yes. Most retainers start with one or two, usually SEO or LinkedIn marketing, and add others once the reporting shows where enquiries actually come from.
A new channel joins the research, messaging and reporting already running, so it does not begin from scratch and it does not arrive with a separate report.
