B2B Marketing Services in Malaysia
Buy the services your pipeline is short of, not a package somebody built in advance.
Four services that build assets you keep, four that reach buyers on channels somebody else owns, all planned and run by one senior team.
Overview
DWP Digital provides eight B2B marketing services in Malaysia: website design, SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation, content marketing, Google Ads, performance marketing, LinkedIn and social media. Four of them build assets you keep. Four of them reach buyers on channels somebody else owns, two you buy and two you earn by publishing. Knowing which is which is most of a sensible budget conversation.
The B2B marketing services in Malaysia that compound, and the ones that stop.
A page you publish this month is still working in two years. An advertisement you pay for this month stops the day you stop paying. Neither is better. They do different jobs at different speeds, and a plan that treats them as interchangeable line items usually over-funds the fast one. So we split the eight into two families and price them separately.
Owned and organic: the assets you keep.
These four build things that stay on your side of the fence: the site, the pages, the answers and the references that search engines and AI assistants read. They take months to show a return and they keep paying afterwards. Most of what a buyer finds while you are asleep comes from this family.
- 01
Website design
Where a buyer lands and enquires. We plan the structure, write the copy, build it as a static site and keep maintaining it month by month.
- 02
SEO
Organic search visibility, run as three streams: technical, content and authority. Every engagement starts with an audit that produces a prioritised plan, and the plan is yours to keep.
- 03
Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
Being named inside an AI-generated answer rather than on a page of results. We structure pages answer-first, keep company facts consistent, build off-site references and monitor the assistants monthly.
- 04
Content marketing
Deciding what to publish, producing it and measuring it. Articles, whitepapers, LinkedIn thought leadership and case-study pieces, written and designed by one team on one retainer.
Paid and social: reach that stops when you do.
These four reach buyers on channels somebody else owns. Two of them you buy, and two you earn by publishing under your own name. Both start producing data quickly, which makes them the honest answer when the quarter is short. Both also fade once the spending or the posting stops, so we never let them carry a plan alone.
- 01
Google Ads management
A search account built to match only the queries that matter: exact and phrase match, negative lists extended weekly, dedicated landing pages and conversions your sales team would count.
- 02
Performance marketing
Paid media planned backwards from the enquiry your sales team wants, then worked out into channels, audiences and keywords across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
- 03
LinkedIn marketing
One programme covering the company page, the executives who sell and hire, employee advocacy and paid campaigns. Two to four company posts a week is a typical starting point.
- 04
Social media marketing
We run the corporate channels you choose to keep: planning, post copy, design, scheduling, replies in business hours and a monthly report.
Whatever you buy, the month runs the same four stages.
One service or six, the retainer month does not change shape. That is deliberate. A new service joins a rhythm you already recognise rather than arriving with its own process, its own meeting and its own report for you to read.
- 01
Scope
What the business needs marketing to do next, which services can carry it, and the measure we will judge it by.
- 02
Plan
Which services carry that objective this month, what each one produces, what it costs and what you have to approve.
- 03
Build
Production across every service in scope, run by the same pod. You approve the work before any of it ships.
- 04
Report
One document covering every service in scope, the enquiries recorded against each, and what changes in next month’s plan.
Advertising budget sits outside the fee, and you pay it to the platforms directly.
The mix follows the goal, not the other way round.
Three solutions are ready-made combinations of these eight services, each built around one commercial goal: run the whole programme, win a named list of accounts, or enter the Malaysian market. We scope each one as a single programme and report it in one document rather than service by service.
Marketing as a Service is the ongoing programme, account-based marketing works the named account list, and go-to-market plans and runs a launch. All three sit side by side on our B2B marketing solutions page.
Frequently asked questions.
You can buy one service or six, and almost all of them run as a monthly retainer rather than a fixed project. Fees follow the agreed plan, not a rate card. These five questions cover adding a service, projects, what moves the fee, who pays for media and where to start.
How do we add a service mid-retainer?
We treat it as a scope change, not a new engagement. We re-size the monthly fee against the wider plan, agree the change with you in writing and start the new service in the following month’s cycle.
Nothing needs re-briefing, because the objective, the messaging and the reporting format are already in place.
Do you work on projects or only retainers?
Retainers first, because the work is planned, delivered and reviewed on a monthly cycle. We do take defined projects where a one-off scope genuinely makes sense, and a website build is the usual example.
A project can move onto a retainer once the site is live and there is something to maintain.
What moves the fee for a service mix?
Three things: how many services are in scope, how much content and campaign work each one needs every month, and how competitive the market you sell into is.
We set a fixed monthly fee against the agreed plan and confirm it in writing before work begins. We quote media spend separately.
Who pays for advertising media?
You do, directly to the platforms, from ad accounts in your company’s name. Our fee covers the work only. It never includes, holds or marks up ad spend, so the cost of media and the cost of the agency stay visible as two separate numbers.
Which service should we start with?
Whichever part of the pipeline is weakest. If enquiries already arrive but the site does not convert them, start with website design.
If the pipeline itself is thin, SEO and Google Ads open it from two directions, one slowly and one immediately. We always ask what marketing runs today before proposing a mix.
