Web Design in Malaysia for B2B Companies

A site that answers the questions your buyers ask before they will enquire.

DWP Digital plans, writes, builds and maintains B2B websites in Malaysia, treating the site as a marketing asset rather than a project delivered once.

Overview

DWP Digital does web design in Malaysia for B2B companies: structure, copy, design, build and the maintenance that follows. Your buyers will read the site for weeks before anyone in your sales team hears from them, and they will draw their conclusions from what they find there. So we look after the site every month rather than handing it over once and leaving it.

02 Digital services

Web design in Malaysia that answers the questions buyers actually ask.

Most B2B sites follow the company’s own shape: divisions, history, a product catalogue. Yours probably does too. Your buyers arrive with a question instead, and they leave when the page in front of them answers a different one. We plan the structure around those questions first, in the words your buyers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor use, then design against it.

03

Five pieces of work, agreed before design starts.

A build is five pieces of work, and we agree all five with you alongside the sitemap before anyone opens a design tool. Deciding the page plan, the wording and the tracking at the same time is what stops a site arriving beautiful and unmeasurable, or measurable and unreadable.

  • 01

    Page copy

We write the copy while we are planning the structure, not after the design is finished. Each page answers one question a buyer actually asks, in their words rather than your internal ones.

    Visual design

One design system covering typography, colour and components. We apply it across every page type and reuse it later for landing pages and microsites, so the twentieth page still looks like the first.

  • 03

    Static build

We pre-render every page and serve it from a global edge network. No database, no plugin layer to patch, so there is less to go wrong and less for you to look after.

    Landing pages and microsites

Single-purpose pages on the same design system. A landing page carries one offer and one action. A microsite gives a product or a launch its own space, without a second website to maintain.

    Measurement

Analytics goes live with the site, not three weeks later, so you can measure the first campaign pointing at a page from day one. Structured data keeps the site’s key facts readable by machines.

Pages get added until nobody can find anything.

Corporate sites grow by accretion. Every department asks for a page, nothing ever comes down, and your buyer ends up three clicks away from the thing that would have convinced them. Your site needs a small number of page types, each with one job, and a sitemap we agree before design begins.

PageThe job it does
HomepageStates who the company serves and what it does, within one screen
Service pagesSet out each service, its scope and the questions clients ask about it
Industry pagesDescribe the company’s work in a sector and the constraints that apply
InsightsHold published articles and guides for search and for sales teams to share
ContactMake enquiring straightforward and set out what happens next

For a company entering Malaysia, the localised site is usually the first thing we build inside its go-to-market programme.

You should always know what shipped, and what ships next.

A site is never finished, and the month after launch is when most of them go quiet. Yours should not. Ours runs on the same four stages as every other service in the retainer, inside the same Marketing as a Service programme, so the website never becomes the thing nobody has looked at since March.

  1. 01

    Scope

What your site has to do this quarter: the pages it needs, the enquiries it should produce, the terms it should win.

  2. 02

    Plan

This month’s pages, fixes and campaign assets, sequenced and priced before work starts, with your approvers named against each one.

  3. 03

    Build

Writing, design, pre-rendering and testing across every screen size. A senior developer reviews each release before it goes anywhere near production.

  4. 04

    Report

What shipped, what page speed and search health did, what enquiries your site recorded, and what that changes next month.

Tell us what the site needs to do. We reply with a proposed structure and a build plan.

Launch day is when the work starts.

Maintenance sounds like insurance. In practice it is where your site earns its keep: uptime and speed monitoring, content updates, security patches, dependency updates, backups and a monthly report. Campaign pages come through the same retainer, so the same team writes a Google Ads advertisement and the page it points at.

AreaWhat the retainer covers
Uptime and speedMonitoring of availability and page speed, with issues logged and investigated
ContentPage updates, new sections and landing pages as campaigns require
SecurityPatches, dependency updates, backups and recovery checks
Search healthBroken links, indexing issues and structured data reviewed and corrected

Frequently asked questions.

Four questions decide most website enquiries: how long a build takes, what happens to existing rankings, what the site runs on and who looks after it afterwards. A fifth asks whether you have to buy a retainer to get one. Here are all five.

How long does a B2B website project take?

Eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch for a corporate site of 15 to 30 pages, covering structure, design, copy, build and testing.

Landing pages and microsites take two to four weeks. Your approvals set the pace more than our production does, so we agree named approvers and dates before kickoff.

Can you redesign our website without losing our Google rankings?

A planned migration reduces the risk, though rankings can move during and after a transition and nobody can guarantee otherwise.

We audit which pages earn traffic and links, keep or redirect every URL on purpose, and carry metadata and structured data across. We recheck rankings after launch and record any movement in the post-launch report.

What do you build the site on?

A static architecture. We pre-render the pages and serve them from a global edge network, which keeps load times low across Malaysia and the region.

There is no database and no plugin layer to patch. We publish structured data in standard formats, which also supports our GEO work.

Does a static site still need maintenance?

Yes. A static build removes plugin patching, but content still goes out of date, campaigns still need new landing pages, dependencies still need updating and search health still needs checking.

A maintenance retainer keeps one team responsible for all of it, on an agreed schedule, reported every month.

Do you only build websites as part of a retainer?

Retainers are our default, because a website gets used and changed continuously once it is live. A build can start as a standalone project, and it can continue into a Marketing as a Service retainer covering maintenance, content and campaigns after launch.
