B2B Marketing Solutions

Buy the outcome you need, not a bundle of deliverables.

DWP Digital combines its digital marketing services into three B2B programmes.

Overview

You can buy a website, a search programme and a campaign calendar from three suppliers and still not be able to say what any of it is for. DWP Digital runs three B2B marketing solutions for companies in Malaysia, each combining several of our digital marketing services around a single commercial goal, delivered by one senior team on one plan.

A service describes what gets produced. A solution describes what the work is for.

02 Solutions

A service is what gets produced. A solution is what it is for.

That difference decides everything downstream. A goal sets the scope, the sequence and the single report that closes the month, which is why a programme can drop a channel that stops working without anyone renegotiating a contract. A list of deliverables cannot do that. The two Content Marketing Institute figures come from a mostly North American sample, so read all three as a benchmark rather than as Malaysian data.

We scope each programme in writing before work starts and report against the goal agreed at the beginning. Where paid media is in scope, you pay the platforms directly.

Buy the goal, not the parts.

03

Three B2B marketing solutions, one commercial goal each.

Marketing as a Service, account-based marketing and go-to-market answer three different problems: nobody owns your marketing, your revenue sits with a short list of accounts, or your launch has a date attached to it. All three use the same senior team and close each month with one report.

  • 01 Marketing as a Service Your whole digital marketing programme on one retainer: strategy, the channels in scope and the production behind them, content marketing included. Choose it when marketing has no clear owner.
  • 02 Account-based marketing For companies whose revenue depends on a short list of named accounts: account research, content matched to those accounts, LinkedIn marketing aimed at the decision makers inside them, and nurture in between.
  • 03 Go-to-market A sequenced programme for product launches, new segments and entry into the Malaysian market, with the campaigns run by our performance marketing team. Choose it when a date already exists.

04

Start from the problem in front of you.

If marketing has no owner inside the company, start with Marketing as a Service. If revenue sits with a short list of named accounts, start with account-based marketing. If a launch already has a date, start with go-to-market. You can read the three side by side below.

Combining two is a question of scope and sequencing, settled in one plan rather than a second engagement.

Same team, one report, either way.

05

Eight services, sequenced differently in each programme.

Every programme draws on the same eight B2B marketing services: website design, SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation, social media marketing, LinkedIn marketing, performance marketing, Google Ads management and content marketing. What changes between programmes is which ones run, in what order, and against which goal.

Each solution page names the services inside it and links to them, so you can read the programme and its parts in one sitting.

What we never do is invoice them as separate suppliers.

06

Frequently asked questions about choosing a programme.

Your choice usually comes down to which problem is most pressing: no marketing owner, a short list of named accounts, or a launch with a date on it. We scope all three in writing before work starts, price them as a fixed monthly retainer and review them every quarter.

What is the difference between a service and a solution?

A service describes what gets produced: a website, a search programme, a content calendar. A solution describes what the work is for. It groups several services around one commercial goal, and that goal decides how we scope, sequence and report the programme. Every solution page names the services inside it.

Can we run more than one solution at once?

Yes. All three share one structure, so combining two is a question of scope and sequencing rather than a second engagement. Account-based marketing often runs as a layer inside a Marketing as a Service retainer, on one plan and one reporting cycle, and the quarterly review can widen it.

What decides the scope and fee of a solution?

Your goal, not a package. We propose the services behind that goal and quote a fixed monthly fee against the plan. No two programmes carry the same fee, because the mix of services and the monthly volume differ. Advertising media never sits inside the fee.

Which solution suits a company entering Malaysia?

Go-to-market, in most cases. It sequences positioning, the launch plan, sales enablement content and campaign execution, and most scopes run to about two quarters end to end. When the launch window closes, the programme either ends or converts into a Marketing as a Service retainer with the same pod.

Do you report on each channel separately?

No. Each programme closes the month with one report covering activity, channel results and the enquiries recorded, read against the plan agreed at the start. Where a channel sits behind that plan, the report says so and sets out what changes the following month.

Start a programme.

Tell us the goal and the problem you are working against. We will say which of the three programmes fits, how we would scope it and what the first quarter would cover. Send a brief through our contact page, or write to hello@dwpdigital.com.
