About DWP Digital
Senior specialists run your account, not a junior team learning on your budget.
A small senior team in Shah Alam, Selangor, running integrated marketing for B2B companies across Malaysia.
Overview
Most B2B companies in Malaysia run marketing through one or two people, a rotating cast of freelancers and whichever agency won the last pitch.
That holds until the plan has to work across search, content, the website and paid campaigns at the same time.
DWP Digital is a B2B digital marketing agency in Malaysia. We are a small senior team in Shah Alam, Selangor, and we run the whole programme on one monthly retainer: strategy, the digital channels in scope and the creative production behind them.
22.3% of marketing leaders say their capabilities lack the people, time and budget to work properly.
24% of B2B organisations have no dedicated content marketing team or staff at all.
33.59% of digital marketing activity is already delivered by external agencies and partners, on average.
Most marketing teams are short of people, not ideas.
Every B2B marketing lead we meet has a longer list of worthwhile work than people to do it. Those three figures say much the same thing, and they measure marketing teams in the United States and worldwide rather than in Malaysia. Read them as a benchmark, not as a local statistic.
We built the company around that gap.

One senior pod per clientOne retainer
A junior team is cheaper until you count the rework.
Two options usually sit in front of a B2B marketing lead. Hire one generalist in-house and watch them cover eight disciplines badly. Or buy an agency retainer where senior people pitch and juniors deliver. Both look affordable on the quote, and both spend your budget teaching someone your business.
A senior pod is the third option.
A strategy lead, digital specialists and an analyst work on your account together, and none of them is learning the discipline at your expense.
They learn your business instead.
Nobody can shortcut that part, which is why the same people stay on the account for the whole engagement.
Each channel is set out on our B2B marketing services page, and the three programmes we build from them under B2B marketing solutions.
Who runs your account, and who answers for it.
Evans Hu founded DWP Digital and has worked in B2B marketing since 2018. He sets the standard the work has to meet, and he stays reachable once your programme starts, not just while we are winning it. You can read his profile on LinkedIn.
We keep the team small on purpose. It limits how many accounts we carry at once, and it keeps the work with the people you meet.

One pod, one plan, one number to call.
Your account runs on a pod: a strategy lead who owns the plan, digital specialists who run the channels and an analyst who owns the numbers. It plans the next month, delivers it and reports on it, to the same rhythm each time.
- 01
The strategy lead
Owns the plan, sets channel priorities and presents the monthly report. Direction stays with you, and the plan is the written record of what you agreed to.
- 02
The digital specialists
Run the channels in scope and publish the work. The specialists in your monthly meeting are the ones who did it, because no account layer sits between you and them.
- 03
The analyst
Owns the numbers and closes each month with one report on activity, channel results and enquiries recorded. One report for the whole programme, not one per channel.
- 04
One pod for the engagement
Your pod stays from the first month to the last, so what it learns about your business does not walk out with a staffing change.
You never brief a department that has not met you.
Nothing goes out on a machine’s say-so.
A specialist checks every piece of work before it goes out, whatever produced the draft. We use AI tools in production for research, first drafts, variations and routine formatting, and they take the time out of the parts that do not need judgement.
They do not sign it off. Accuracy, and consistency with the message you agreed, stay a human job.
We turn down consumer work.
B2B is a different discipline, not a smaller version of consumer marketing. Your buyers are several people weighing a decision over months, inside a company with its own politics. That changes the message, the channels worth paying for and what counts as a result.
Working only with B2B means our default methods already assume all of it.
That covers SaaS, technology, manufacturing and industrial companies, and it shapes the Marketing as a Service programme we usually propose.
If you sell to consumers, we will say so on the first call and point you elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions.
Four questions come up before every proposal: what the retainer actually delivers, how it works with a marketing team you already have, where the scope stops and who we take on. Our answers do not change once a retainer starts.
What does DWP Digital actually deliver?
Integrated digital marketing on one monthly retainer: strategy, the digital channels in scope, the content and creative production behind them, and one report a month on activity and results. Eight services sit behind that, and we group them into three programmes: Marketing as a Service, account-based marketing and go-to-market. You buy a programme, not a shopping list of line items.
Can you work alongside a marketing team we already have?
Yes. Where a marketing manager owns the brief and the internal relationships, the pod supplies the specialist skills around that role. Where there is no marketing team, the pod carries the agreed digital scope instead. Direction stays with you either way, and the split goes into the retainer in writing before the first month starts.
Do you sell design, video or copywriting on their own?
No. Creative production sits inside the marketing programme as a supporting function, because its job is to keep that programme consistent. The same pod designs campaign assets, builds sales decks, edits video and writes copy for the retainer it belongs to. If you need standalone creative output, we are not the right fit and we will say so.
Where are your clients based?
Across Malaysia and the wider region. We work with established B2B, technology and industrial companies, from our base in Shah Alam, Selangor. We write for the Malaysian market in UK English, and we prepare each piece for the market it is going to rather than carrying it across from another one unchanged.
